      - I'm the or above you and I simply don't see it this way. Think about it. The DOE has no reasoon to "rub your nose" in anything. You are emotional and its a tough time, but the DOE hasn't done anything to you to make the rejection of your child to program any more hurtful. It will hurt no matter when you open the letter.

    - because unless you see it in writing then you are going to hold on to hope. also doe has not officially said they are doing this. its just what people are picking up from the tea leaves. prolongs the agony of those waiting (and I'm not one of them, just saying)

        what? of course they will. do you think they just stuffed them into random mailboxes on the street? the USPS picked them up and processed them mechanically. Most letters sent out on Wed arrived on Thu.

        I've done many mailings and you are incorrect. The letters do not all end up in the mailboxes on the same day.
