bf and i are sitting here talking about ours...i think we can keep it under control.

i never really dreamed of the big wedding thing...couldn't understand why ppl spend so much on engagement rings, dresses, the whole thing. dh and i did a city hall thing. and while it was a special day, i'm now finding myself dreaming of that big weddin never thought we could afford it, thought that money could be better spent on a home, etc... but years later, we still don't have that either. i think if you want something, just go for it...be rational, sure.. but you'll find a way to do it if you want it badly enough. just my 2 cents. congrats and good luck with your wedding!

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
