would you be annoyed if teacher never told you ds was reading below grade level, but read it in a eval with a teacher interview?

it's me-- I did :o) I faxed the eval over to her and then sent another email with my thoughts about the eval- I wasn't sure if I should (since she charges $300 an hour!) and I assume she can pick out the parts that are worthy of her, but I couldnt' bit y tongue!
[ Reply | Options ]This is why it's nice that my lawyer charges a flat fee :) I email to my heart's content!
[ Reply | Options ]lucky! We paid a $5500 retainer and will have to give her $2500 more when we use it up. I told ds about her tonight. We weren't going to-- he has to meet with her next week aznd we were goingt o tell him she is a teacher(she was,) he is going to help mak school better. But tonight he was crying so I told him about FAPE and that the teacher we are going to see is also a lawyer and she is going to make sure his education is appropriate-- he is pretty excited!

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
