  • anyone have a stupid easy meatloaf recipe for me? I have ground turkey that I need to cook tonight...TIA

    • 1lb meat, one raw egg, chopped onions and green peppers and enough bread crumbs to make it not too sticky. Mold into a loaf on a cookie sheet that has sides. I also spread a can of toamto paste over the top and bake 1 hour at 350 or until middle is brown.

    • saute onions and garlic, mix meat, 1 cup bread crumbs, tbsp of ketchup, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, salt and pepper. mix in onions. bake covered for 1 hr, 15min uncovered

    • Add onion, green peppers, tomato paste, egg, breadcrumbs. Top with some ketchup and a few slices of bacon and bake at 400 for about an hour
