he wakes up anywehre btwn 4 and 5 am. doens't get to take a nap again until 9;30 am. sleeps for two hours and then will only take a second nap in stroller, that gets him until 2:40 pm (when we pick up dd) and then i put him to bed at 5:30
[ Reply | Options ]ok. 9:30 nap is good, second nap at 2ish (stroller is not awesome but what you gotta do) try to stretch bedtime to 6:30. is he waking at night?
[ Reply | Options ]yeah, he had stopped waking so much but lately he's waking at 8:30 pm-ish and sometimes around 2. if he doesn't wake at 2, he gets up very close to 4 am and stays up
[ Reply | Options ]the waking at 8:30 means he thinks he's taking a third nap. that is where you need to start squishing. have him eat dinner with you at 5-5:30. then bath, boob or bottle, book and bed. ididn't want to cio either. I did a revised fuss it out version

Hylands teething tablets, Motrin, Tylenol. all are good options. I really think a little later bed time will help. give it a week or so. he;s already sleeping a lot even with the 2am waking. it's the 8:30 that is throwing it all off. two naps a day. try o keep as tight a routine as possible. it will work out
