I know it's the right thing to do, but I feel so bad when I am stern with 20 mo and he gets upset about it. His latest thing is opening the drawers of DH's night table and sitting in them. Dangerous, bad for the furniture, a no. I told him twice this am d then tongiht he did it again. I took him out, shook my finger, and said very sternly "No. That is a no. Do not sit in the drawer." His whole face crumpled and he cried.

- give him something else more fun to sit in - like a cardboard box. tell him it's a racecar and draw wheels on it

- I yelled at dd when she bit me today. I felt so bad. At the time I wanted to make sure she knew how much it hurt me but I think I over did it

  - I prob would have done the same thing. Yelling isn't cool, but biting iis pretty bad and deserves a dramatic response
