WWYD if DH was looking for a new job and looking both at NY but also several other cities worldwide and you owned a coop...would you start to maybe put it on the market (or get it ready for it) in case he got an offer outside of NY soon? Just wondering ho w we'll handle sale of our apartment if we have to move away this summer all of a sudden...
