anyone here not love their nanny-why?

I do not. She is passive-aggressive with me. If ever we disagree about something (i.e., how to address something ds did), she literally pouts for a few days if we go with my preference. I am trying to decide whether it's worth the hassle factor to fin someone new. she is good with ds and he seems to adore her, so i don't know if I shoudl disrupt that relationship because of my so-so relationship with her.
