Do you allow the nanny to eat everthing in your fridge? Mine constantly eats and then ask if I mind her taking food that she prepared (soup) home at the end of the day.

We tell her to help herself to anything unless we tell her specifically (i.e., the dessert is for dinner party tonight). but sounds like yours is taking advantage. That said, if my nanny prepared food and wanted to take home at the end of the day, I wou ldn't mind as long as she left a little for me!

asked to take food home but i have sent a few things home with her so her husband can eat them when i bought too much.
