      • No. In this economy I think companies are going to do a lot of tightening about flexible work. So many people go into a situation with the impression they'll have flexibility only to be disappointed.

    • how many days and is there any chance of the commute getting shorter? like, is the 90 minutes based on traffic that could be eased if you left earlier/later?

    • 3hrs a day for commuting will KILL you, whatever flexibility you have. Even if you have to do it only once a week, i would not do it for any money.

    • Sure, why not. I commute an hour and 20 min every day, its really not bad if you have flex hours and low key job.
