I just got a call from what I think was a collection agency. I have had SO MANY problems with my insurance since the pg and delivery of my newborn and in the process of appeal with my insurance co, but they told me they would call my providers and expla n that my claims are in appeal and to please stop my account from going to collections (BTW, I should not have to pay a dime to any dr--all of it should be covered). Well, I got the call today and it said to please hold that this is not a sales solicitation and when the operator picked up, she said, "this is oxford management, how can i help you?" I said "you called me." then she said "your number is 212..." and paused. Then "843..." I said yes. And she said, "please repeat after me." I asked,"you want me to repeat my phone number after you" and she said yes. I asked why and she hung up on me. WTF?
