  • have been working on sleep training 8 mo (she falls asleep fine on her own but just would not get over 2-4 night wakings). the training wasn't so long or bad but now she's up - she slept 7PM-5:45 -- how can i get a later wake up? she's not crying now - should i let her be for 15-20 min and hope that eventually she'll just awake later? or is it worth trying to make bedtime later slowly? I got almost 11 hours of sleep from her so i'm very happy - it's just that such an early wake up means she needs to nap just as i need to drop off and pick up dd 1 from school.
