My GP gave me Ativan when I had to some traveling that was causing me some anxiety. I think he did it after I emailed him, without a visit, but I had just seen him fairly recently for a check up. And he only gave me 10 pills I think. [ Reply | More ]

i have some anxiety. If happens when I go to sleep so I take 1/2 a lorazepam at night which i've been doing for far too long. I don't know that I live life to my full potential and should delegate more. But saying no to certain things and sleeping helps. I think life just gets too complicated and I fantasize about not living such a busy, complicated life eventually. [ Reply | More ]

Yesterday I got myself in a tizzy over something I thought was about to happen at work and when I came in today the news was better than expected. I am being promoted due to someone leaving, yet I was all ready to fight with them bc I assumed they'd be telling me they were putting an ad up for the job. I drive my loved ones crazy. I think they announced a few months ago that she (LVH) would approved for parole, but now they're still trying to keep her in. She hasn't been released yet.
