Getting treatment now, she has no history of BC in her family and is between age 35-40. My question is, how do I know what a lump feels like? I have small boobs (size 36B) and didnt even think of doing self exams thinking once I got 40, a mammogram would take care of this. What does a lump feel like exactly? OP: yes i checked this morning, I konw my right armpit tends to have a swollen lymphnode right in the middle. I showed it to my gyno a few months ago when I felt it as I was shaving my armpit, and he said that it wasnt a lump, just a lymphnode that swelled up right before my period (my period came 4 days after that). The swelling did go down, and periodically I feel it still there but it doesnt cause me pain. When I was in my mid 20s during 1 hot summer, I had armpit cyst-like boils that surfaced and got huge/red and I had to put ice packs on them to bring the swelling down. Makes me wonder what caused that. [ Reply | More ]

Remind orally if they ask you to be on a new project within the month of the vacation and send out an email reminder two weeks in advance, agsin on the Monday of week before vacation (assuming it begins on a weekend) and then again at 5pm on the Friday uou go.
