No. I have some friends with much less and others with much more. It doesn't really come up. A few times I've caught myself complaining about something that must've seemed gross to certain friends (like construction when they can't afford to buy a house) but I check myself and realize I shouldn't be complaining about that anyway. I completely understand what you are saying. Like you, I am very in tune with other people's feelings and is self aware not to talk about what I have when my friends don't have it. And this is precisely what gets me into trouble. When they slowly start to see that I have more than what I appear to have, they start to get very competitive. Yeah. I'm just sick of being sick and always think I'll get better and be normal but maybe I just have to accept that this is my normal. I give my dd way too much screen time when I'm sick and I'm feeling bad about it. I'm always thinking it's short term and I'll do what I have to to get through the day and tomorrow will be better but she's almost 3 and I've been sick her whole life. Autoimmune disease. [ - ] I was Mom taxi today and wasn't able to sit down and catch my breath until 6:30 tonight. My ds' wanted to watch the fight tonight with ex and he agreed to have them over. I asked ex if he would pick up ds' from our home, same city but about 25 mins each way with traffic. He refused and said he would just see them another day. We had no prior arrangement as to how ds' would get to his house but I asked if he could pick them up bc I was exhausted from all of the driving I did earlier.
