Okay this is why. Social media is really important to Millennials for multiple reasons. One, often these accounts show your personal brand. 1. Strength has significantly increased from what it was when I was born in the 80s. If strength has increased then it's probably a good idea to limit amount of time exposed. 2. If I remember correctly, the ACOG recommends them only when medically necessary. They are certainly not necessary at every appointment. 3. Ultrasound is still concentrated energy, and there are experiments showing that the waves have effects on cells. This is why I waited until 2nd trimester, until the fetus was already well established. I didn't need to sooner. [ Reply | More ]

That's because the benefits outweigh the risks for these women. For women with normal low-risk pregnancies, it is recommended to limit them to only when medically necessary. Mixed vegetables. Variety is endless if you think about it. Yes I eat like this or similar all day. For the last two months. Total weight loss 20 lbs so far. If you are really very overweight or obese, you may need to take such extreme measures. Normal sized people just need to keep their calorie count below 1200. Drink a lot of water and eat lean proteins and mostly vegetables. The weight will come off, but not in two weeks. [ Reply | More ]

You can't drop 15 lbs of fat in two weeks. You don't "need" to do this. Here's what I would do: eat tons of vegetables, limited fruits, lots of lean protein, and very limited complex carbs (things like sweet potato, oatmeal, and brown rice). Stick to 1200 calories/day. Drink a lot of water. No alcohol or anything with added (or fake) sugar. Try to work out every day, alternating cardio (even if it's just walking) and weight training/pilates/barre (i.e. toning). He is also on call for whenever something goes wrong w/FIL which seems to be at least once a month and then he ends up spending 2/3 days, sometimes a week or more out there taking care of him. I mean, nice that FIL "can" stay at home, but he is only able to do so because my dh is there to pick up the slack constantly. Today is our wedding anniversary. DH is out there and has been since last Friday. Needs to stay through the weekend. Has a business trip starting Monday. You'd be amazed, and there are rules as to what those ladies are allowed to do and are physically capable of doing. he has someone from 10PM - 2Pm. FIL prefers to be "alone" around dinner time. grrr. I just have to suck it up. [ Reply | More ]

So long as you are offering a space in your home, I think DH needs to put his foot down. I would understsnd his not being willing to do so if you were going to force FIL into a nursing home. Since you're not, this is the only solution. [ Reply | More ]
