Dinner I had meatloaf with "mashed potatoes" which was mashed cauliflower with parmesan cheese - sometimes I make it with roasted garlic. The key is to make a meal plan and stick to it. Op: my vibe on him? He was moving on Monday and got wet and got sent home from work on tuesday with a cold. He had emailed me Sunday about the date but for some reason I don't get the email til Tuesday, texted him, and he texted back to say he had been sent home sick and wanted to be in good form. [ - ] Ethical dilemma: A job posting says that applicant "Must be proficient in XXXXX software". It is the accounting software used at the company, and I would be a high-level person in the finance dept. I am technically adept, and I have always picked up new software programs in a matter of days, but have never worked with that specific software. Do I lie and say I have "Basic knowledge" with the program just to get a foot in the door? Do I explain in my cover letter that I have worked with it on occasion and am willing to devote time off the clock to get up to speed with the program, emphasizing that I am confident that I can bring myself up to speed in an expedient manner? 5 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More
