I had an excel spreadsheet of my #1's routines. Then I had #2. I had been told that there are a few things you can't control about anybody at any age - eating, ingesting, and sleeping. Just go with the flow. Napping needs will change, by 1 year it's a solid stretch of the afternoon. And at some point you'll need to pull back on those because too much sleep too late in the afternoon kills your evening - you will be tired and your child will still be alert and awake, bad combo. I would try to do more feedings during the day. Are you saying she eats at 6:30pm and not again until 11? If so, I would feed her again around 8:30 or 9:00 before putting her to bed. [ Reply | More ]

My one luxury in life is taking DD to camp every morning in a car service. After that I walk to the subway and take that to work. I do it because I have a long work day and it's one less stressor. [ Reply | More ]

Persistence against a "no" suggests a bigger problem, whether he's cute or not. The persistence will evolve into "naggy" and "pushy". Think it is best to stay away from someone like that, they will be a horror to break up with. [ Reply | More ]

Depends. If you made it clear you don't want to go out with him , then it's creepy. If you made up some story like, "oh, I'm busy this weekend", then it's your fault that he tries again. [ Reply | More ]
