OR- ST for what? DS only has a few words and I am trying not to be paranoid (18 mos) but I am beginning to wonder if he is apraxic. He seems so much to WANT to say things (moves mouth sometimes without sounds)... I try to think "he's normal for him...

Boy do I ever agree. We love our Canon. But I tell you what is the BEST thing to have is that HP Photosmart portable printer. The pictures are unbelievable. Makes having a digital camera FUN. And you totally cannot tell they are digital pictures!

i waited 6 full weeks, bc of the c-section. ran and swam through the whole pregancy though, and was able to pick things up pretty fast - even if i basically started at zero after 6 weeks. if you have a vag. birth, anything from 2 weeks on is ok.

Honestly, I'm going to bundle up the twins in some lovely rainboots, coats and umbrellas and go puddle jumping. Rainy days can be fun too. Not to mention that I'll go o ut of my mind if I have to stay indoors with 23 month old twins.

I always see advertisements for Fabrikant in the diamond district, I think they are legit (I worked many years ago in the jewelry business), but I'd call GIA (Gemological Institiute of America) and see if they have a reference. Also, I know Sotheby's ( and Christies both have jewelry sales. Good luck.

I agree but I think he could use seeing these drs too. He revealed last night that he changed his life ins and put my name on accounts that my name wasn't on. I also need to confirm that he is indeed worried about cancer and not having suicidal thought

what do you mean? I would love to get him to a good therapist. I have 2 names of people I think would be perfect for him. I am in therapy myself now (will probably end soon). We shelter dd from all of this but I did go to see a family counselor m so I could give better answers to her questions about death and her dad being away with his family

My DH is the middle child with one brother 5 years older and one 5 years younger. He and the younger one are Fric and Frac. The older one tends to be too bossy, so they are not as close.

same situation here. I am middle with an older (4 years) and younger 4 and 11 months). Younger was like a separate family. He just visited for 2 weeks and he still feels so young. We still fought and played together but not much.

DH & I both have sibs 4+ yrs apart from us, & we're both very close w/ sibs. As kids, lots of fighting, but nothing unusual. No socializing together obviously. But once you hit 20's, friendship develops & love is always there : )

Sort of. DS's dr. doesn't take the new insurance we have and I really hate to look for another Dr. The deductible is $2000 which is a ridiculous amount and then we only get 80% back. So yeah we pay out of pocket and it really sucks.
